Great experience and helpful staff while utilizing this location for a same day rapid COVID test. Scheduling online was super easy along with clear instructions in the follow up email and upon arriving on-site. Would definitely recommend for this purpose and would assume their level of service is just as good for other needs.

I have been using Alps pharmacy on Kearney for several years. There is an app to order refills & they text you when it's ready. I live out of town but if you live in Springfield they have free delivery! They also fill a new RX quickly if you get one from your doc. You can also get any vaccinations you need at Alps pretty quickly. I recommend 👌

Recently switched to Alps due to experiencing frequent errors and lengthy wait times with my former pharmacy, among additional administrative issues. Alps helped to ensure a smooth transition between the hospital, my providers, and transfers from the prior pharmacy, which was somewhat complicated. Alps demonstrates an impressive level of care beyond what one can expect to receive at national chain pharmacies. And, Alps provides professional, yet compassionate and always friendly customer service. My whole family uses Alps, and we receive the "local" flare that is just not offered by major chain pharmacies. After switching to Alps, I will never look back at other pharmacies.

Alps has gone above & beyond for our entire family. We have a 13yo with complex medical issues & a 2yo recently diagnosed with epilepsy. I’ll never forget when I made the best decision to switch from another local corporate pharmacy. They put both my children’s health in jeapardy by delaying their refilled medications by days, constantly texting “ready, pick up in store”, show up, nothings ready, come back multiple times in the coming days, constantly calling & showing up only to once again be treated rudely & not gave the proper meds. Then come to find out 2 were out of stock & needed ordered, 1 couldn’t even be made there…which we weren’t informed of…. til the moment we transferred to Alps. Best decision of our lives. Not only did they have all medications ready in less that 30 minutes, but they genuinely cared. This has been apparent multiple times in many ways since the switch. They also go the extra mile to ensure medication is properly working by checking in, reminding you of upcoming refills etc. when you have one child in stage 4 kidney failure who depends on certain medications to survive, and an infant whom you don’t yet know what’s wrong with, but need to try the next suggested med ASAP, getting their medications on time and without a huge hassle is important! If you haven’t yet found the right pharmacy who will truly go above and beyond every single time, try Alps. You will not be dissapointed!

I have been getting my medication from here for years and I have never had a problem with them and they are far better than Walgreens there's not even a comparison
